Particularly, Ms. Wang has extensive expertise in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor visa program, providing assistance to individuals seeking U.S. permanent residency through investment and has personally consulted with over hundreds of immigrant investor families and prepared for their EB-5 applications. Ms. Wang also frequently participates in numerous EB-5 seminars and other speaking engagements with managing partners across China and other oversea countries through out the year.
Ms. Wang also specializes in legal issues faced by the immigrant investor families once they gained entry into the United States.
Prior to joining Lee & Lee, Ms. Wang both interned and worked at the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for six years. Between 2005-2008, Ms. Wang spent time abroad in Shanghai, China in the fields of media and employment law. In 2009, Ms. Wang interned for the Appleseed Center, one of the nation’s largest legal pro bono networks, and traveled to New Orleans to work on post-Katrina employment-related legal issues.
Ms. Wang graduated with distinction from University of Washington with dual degrees in Psychology and Law, Society & Justice. She then attended and received her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law.
Ms. Wang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
